4.6 Yonehara & Yaeyama palm tree grove

Yonagoyaki SI-SA Studio is beside Yonehara beach and camp.

All kind of si-sa (s) -Okinawa iconic dragoon- are there. Most of them fun a few a bit evil.

An amazing collection of weird sculptures and stones fully painted spread at the feet of mountain Omoto, second highest in Okinawa with 525,5 mts.  

Full of shapes and colours, strange as a kid´s nightmare but creative as a blow up of imagination. 

Not far is the Yonehara Palm Grove with species of the Yaeyama-yashi palm tree which is only possible to found on this archipelage.

The biggest forest  of them. Their height can reach between 15 to 20 meters.
