People who has shipwrecked in Okinawa are welcome, maybe myself some way.
So I wish if not to stay there at least to come back and come back again and again.
Let´s see.
Walking and reading info at Tojin Baka it reminded me the trip to Miyakojima at the Ueno german culture village.
There is the Hakuai Memorial Museum is an exact replica of Marksburg Castle beside the Rhine as a memorial of the germans who shipwrecked there.
According to a brochure from the Ishigaki Tourist Office :
"In 1852 a ship filled with chinese laborers from Amoi was on its way to California. After receiving cruel treatment on the ship, the chinese rebelled against the ship crew. When the ship ran aground in the sea near Ishigaki, over 380 of the chinese laborers fled for land. Many of the laborers were either shot by the british soldiers or commited suicide on the island. The survivors were protected by the royal government and the locals. In 1971 this tomb was made to pay tribute to the 128 chinese who perished in a foreign land".
Colourful images and dragoons in very chinese style, to me although interesting because history, reminds me "Las Fallas de Valencia".
Not far from there but another day I was rescued from my usual lonelyness, that although well carried due to practice, sometimes the fate happily break.
This was a memorable one without any doubt.
Do you know Kokizami + ?
Neither me, then.
But it is a very popular program in Okinawa broadcasted on saturday by QAB television, Asahi Television branch in Okinawa.
Kokizami indians is a very popular young comedy duo, they travel around the Okinawa islands with Ms Kana Nagamine, 2012 entrant for the Miss Universe pageant and the 2013 Japan-Palau Friendship Princess.
As they also include some other entertainers they become "plus".
So "Kokizami Plus" with the sign +
I become spontaneously part of this program that day.
After Banna Park that day, the one before leaving to Yonaguni, I have thought to go Yaima Mura, a village which helds historical houses, one century old around that have been removed from their original sites.
It also deserves traditional music and a little reserve of tiny monkeys, who poop veru well :)
I did a clip.
and
They broadcasted on televisión.
