Following a pamphlet from Yaeyama Tourist Office : "Where did these ruins come from ?









Numerous terraces stairs and trenches can be found.
Various discoveries and man made workpieces support the theory that this structure was made by humans".

Ruins of the lost Kingdom of Mu or simply nature ?  Doesn´t matter, beautiful shapes under the blue and green sea.

Thanks to Akishige san the guide who knows very well this ruins. I would like scuba dive there with him one day not so far.

Agarizaki cape. Huge pastures for cows and mostly the Yonaguni Uma, small horse that have the size of a pony and only habit here. It is estimated remain less than 200 individuals.

1.4 / The Okinawa sea from the Prefectural Museum

The Okinawa Prefectural Museum and art Museum is a modern building playing beautiful among celosías, stylized columns , holes reminding early cards of digital language and a shape of fortress that evoque some way the "gusuku" style of Ryukyu castles.

The Okinawa sea  have more than 400 different coral species and an uncountable marine life including whales, turtles or tiny colourful tropical fish.

It holds a permanent collection defining the Okinawan nature and history plus galleries for special events such as :

PIECES OF HISTORY IN THE OCEAN

But further than that helds history since primitive times going through trade among the islands  around and  other continents.

Nature, great storms, typhoons, produced numerous wrecks.

Even there are rests of whole cultures submerged on the underwater fund.

They resemble to "gusukus" from Ryukyu Kingdom -their castles- but other times, such as a pirámide, they remind more the mexican or egyptian civilizations.
