Some times signs at the locations remind the buildings who stood  in that places, others they still look with traditional style maintaining some times the wells.

Perhaps the best dragons -shisa- collection of the whole city which is full of them

And to many tourists always that we don't hesitate to catch all the instants, all places, some times performing as models, both cameramens and kids. Maybe not the first picture taken from her considering she lives on this área of the city. At least two that day with the same pose.

Xmas motifs were always present sometime profusely.

So anyone -neither me- can´t miss this happy/sad season.

Heiwa dori well known arcade was the place for a popular concert also

Fukushu-en is a chinese garden in Kume district at Naha which reproduce elements of Fuzhou city in China. It was buit in 1992 as commemorative of the 10th anniversary of friendship betwen both cities.

Fukushu-en es un jardin chino en el distrito de Kume en Naha que reproduce elementos de la ciudad de Fuzhou en China. Fue construido en 1992 para celebrar el 10º aniversario de la amistad entre las dos ciudades.

1.4 / The Okinawa sea from the Prefectural Museum

The Okinawa Prefectural Museum and art Museum is a modern building playing beautiful among celosías, stylized columns , holes reminding early cards of digital language and a shape of fortress that evoque some way the "gusuku" style of Ryukyu castles.

The Okinawa sea  have more than 400 different coral species and an uncountable marine life including whales, turtles or tiny colourful tropical fish.

It holds a permanent collection defining the Okinawan nature and history plus galleries for special events such as :

But further than that helds history since primitive times going through trade among the islands  around and  other continents.

Nature, great storms, typhoons, produced numerous wrecks.

Even there are rests of whole cultures submerged on the underwater fund.

They resemble to "gusukus" from Ryukyu Kingdom -their castles- but other times, such as a pirámide, they remind more the mexican or egyptian civilizations.
